Wednesday-Friday, 4-6 September

The authors who intend on publishing in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library are required to provide a transfer of copyright. One copyright form is required for each accepted paper. Authors must complete the fields below to produce the Electronic Copyright Form and automatically transfer it to IEEE.

Copyright notice

When preparing your final paper for submission, please remember to add the applicable copyright notice, found below for this conference, to the bottom of the first page of your final paper in the footer. This step should be completed before creating the PDF of your final paper.

  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-0940-4/19/$31.00 ©2019 Crown
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-0940-4/19/$31.00 ©2019 European Union
  • For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-0940-4/19/$31.00 ©2019 IEEE

Please notice that in the template of the final paper we have inserted the last option above, which we believe it is the most popular. Please change this if one of the other three cases apply to you.

Templates for the final manuscript

The final manuscript will be allowed a maximum of 4 pages for text, figures and tables, acknowledgements and references. The paper size must be A4.

A word template for the final manuscript is available here.

Alternative manuscript templates for IEEE Conference Proceedings are available at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html.

For LaTeX users: Please use the template’s „conference“ and „a4paper“ options when declaring the document class in the form \documentclass[conference,a4paper]{IEEEtran}.
